Staggerton is a hybrid of two different spirals Framed staple coil and Staggered fused clapton coi.
Staggerton consists of 7 pieces of flat nichrome 0.4 * 0.1 folded together, wrapped with 0.12 nichrome through the pitch, two bars of 0.36 nichrome are put on the sides of the blank and the whole is wrapped with thin 0.12 X20H80 nichrome.
