Since March 2021, the frame is immediately made in one piece and then 4 handles are glued (and earlier the frame was made of 2 parts, then the parts are glued together with glue, which melts the top layer of plastic and additionally this place is reinforced by gluing the handles).
The total production time for 1 frame is about 28 hours. The frame is very strong, for example, I bend its corner (see photo).
As you can see in the photo, the upper part of the frame is increased to the outer side up to 6 mm, this is done specifically to increase the rigidity and to increase the sliding area of the spatula.
The frame is reduced relative to the pallet by 1 mm on each side, this was done on purpose, firstly, for stacking baking paper, and secondly, you can slightly "move" the frame by this distance before removing it.
